As the name implies, various types of apps will be here. If the app does not fit any of the other categories it will end up here.

APODdesktop
Description:
APODdesktop is a free application that everyday takes the current picture in NASA's APOD site and puts as your desktop picture.This application does not require, but it strongly recommends the use of Growl. For Snow Leopard, Growl is a free app, however, if you are running Lion, then Growl can be obtained in the Mac App Store (MAS) and it is a invaluable app to have.
On top of putting the APOD picture in your desktop, it saves all the pictures and displays the information on the web site (normally via Growl, but also via a dialog). Currently this info is only in English. Other languages to come soon.

iTunesLyrics (v1)
Description:
iTunesLyrics is a free application that (tries to) displays the lyrics of the song being played in iTunes. This version is a bit dated and I am working on a new improved version.Differently than APODdesktop where Growl was recommended, for iTunesLyrics, Growl is necessary. This might be the case in the new version as well.
This application gets the lyrics in most Latin languages and English.
